Detox your mind

Detoxification is not just about the body. When our minds are clear, we are able to focus on what we really want in our lives. Many people lie awake at night tossing and turning, thinking about all the negative things that happened that day or stress out over money, relationships or their career. Before you go to bed, write down or just think of 3 good things that happened that day. Also think of 3 things you are grateful for. This will help you to focus on the positive things that happen in your life, and help you to appreciate the little things!
